Cancellation policy

1. Purchase Options & Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayNow (for local Singapore orders).

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  • Order Amendments & Cancellations: Because we aim to queue orders promptly, changes to size, color, shipping address, or order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting support. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified.

  • Pre-Orders & Limited Drops: For pre-order collections or limited drops, estimated shipping timelines will be explicitly stated on the product page. Pre-orders are charged at the time of checkout to reserve your piece.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment & Delivery Timeframe: Because our pieces are intentionally crafted and handled with care, please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be processed, dispatched, and delivered to your doorstep.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair.

    • Items must be in their original packaging with all brand tags and labels intact.

  • Exchanges: If you require a different size or color, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order. If an item or size is sold out, we will issue store credit or a full refund.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

We take great pride in our garment quality and finish. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
